(Wikipedia) Yixing is a county-level city in Jiangsu province, in eastern China with a population of one million. It is well-known for its Yixing clay to make Yixing clay teapot (also called Zisha - Purple Sand) teapots and bamboo forests. Administratively it is part of the city of Wuxi.

Yixing clay teapots (also called Purple Sand) are made from Yixing clay. This traditional style commonly used to brew tea originated in China, dating back to the 15th century, and are made from clay produced in the region of the town of Yixing in the eastern Chinese province of Jiangsu.
